Double Action Swing Doors
Doorblades
- Seamless GRP pane with spine for double action spring hinges.
Finish
- Easy to clean, maintenance free, smooth, non-porous gelcoat surface with built in colour.
Vision Panels
- Suppled with 200mm x 300mm acrylic vision panels as standard.
- Other sizes available on request.
Frames
- GRP, powder coated steel, stainless steel and aluminium wrap around frames for fixing to panel construction.
- Doors can be supplied to for customers own frames or direct to finished door openings.
Protection
- 3mm thick ribbed grey rubber or 2mm thick smooth finish, high impact grey PVC bonded to door.
- Spring bumpers manufactured from GRP with gelcoat finish or clad with ribbed rubber/PVC.
Hinges
- Integral spring hinges with 180 degree swing hinges manufactured in ‘Delrin’ nylon, which is extremely tough, will not rust and requires no lubrication.
- Available in either ‘no stop’ or 90 degree open versions.
Single Doors
- Any size up to a maximum inside frame dimension 1150mm wide by 2650mm high (this can be extended to 3800mm by joining during manufacture).
Double Doors
- Any size up to a maximum inside frame dimension 2300mm wide by 2650mm high (this can be extended to 3800mm by joining during manufacture).
