In order to maintain the high level of reliability and safety provided by our doors they will need regular servicing throughout their life.Dortek’s expertise, technical know-how and specialist equipment ensures that the work is done to the highest standards.
Where ever possible Dortek will only use only genuine replacement parts which are of the same high quality as the parts used in our factory in the manufacture of your door. If the door was not supplied by Dortek we will do our very best to replace like for like on any parts that may be required.
Maintenance Programmes
Dortek will tailor a maintenance programme to suit your specific needs. We believe every customer is unique and as such, so are their requirements.
Our programmes ensure that all of your maintenance requirements are covered, whether your door has heavy or light use, is used in arduous conditions, or even if you want your maintenance to take place out of normal working hours. Whatever your needs, Dortek will ensure that you only ever receive the very best service.
Engineer Reports
Whenever your door/s are maintained, we will provide you with a full report from our engineers of all works carried out, including any recommendations for preventative maintenance required but not covered by the contract. This minimizes the likelihood of any expensive downtime costs to your operation and also serves as a record of maintenance for your legal requirements.
