Dortek manufacture a range of specialist hygienic doorsets and automation systems including the Wen-plast range of GRP doors.
We are the global leading supplier and pioneer of bespoke high quality GRP doors (glass reinforced polyester doors) to 16 of the global top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers, and provide total project management solution of door packages across Food Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Cleanroom, Research Laboratory, and Healthcare sectors internationally.
With over 140 years’ experience of door specification between them, our dedicated in-house project management team deliver complex, bespoke door packages from initial design to final commissioning.
We complete over 800 projects per annum throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In the last 10 years we have successfully completed over 7,000 projects, including doors, automations and interlocking systems with project values up to €1.5m.
All doors either meet or exceed regulatory standards for hygiene and are fully compliant with EN, BS and other local fire certification internationally. Dortek doors are energy efficient and made from 100% fully recyclable materials.

Cleanroom Doors

Hospital Doors
Easy to clean and does not harbour bacteria, strong and durable hinged and sliding doorsets. Manual or automatic fire rated up to 4 hours. Lead lining optional.
Waterproof Doors
Dortek waterproof glass reinforced polyester (GRP) doors are used in a number of hugely diverse applications due to their high performance and durability in wet areas or areas where frequent cleaning / washdown is necessary.
Fire Doors
Dortek GRP fire doors regularly tested for fire resistance to various International Standards up to 4 hours BS 476 and up to 5 hours EN 1634 – 1.
FRP Doors
FRP doors - single or double action, hinged doorsets. FRP doors - sliding with automatic/manual operation. Interlocked or Interlinked certified to BS / EN fire regulations.
X-Ray Doors
Radiation shielding doorsets, available as hinged or sliding with our without flush mounted windows. Radiation protection to user defined lead rate.
